Op. Dr. Arda Katırcıoğlu completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara and earned his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. In the same year, he was admitted to the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, where he completed his specialization by conducting experimental research on the effects of “Delay in Neurocutaneous Pedicled Island Flaps” on rats.
