Op. Dr. Soner Tezcan was born in 1984 in the Zile district of Tokat. After completing his primary and secondary education there, he continued his education at Istanbul Kuleli Military High School in 1998. He pursued his medical education at GATA (Gülhane Military Medical Academy) between 2002 and 2008. He then completed his specialization training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital.
