Dr. Tamer Şakrak, who stated, “We have built a place that is patient-centered, where trust and quality are paramount, and which is scientific rather than sensationalist, all from a doctor's perspective. After establishing a solid corporate structure, we aim to expand our range of services by opening branches domestically and internationally. Accordingly, we aim to contribute $10 million to healthcare exports in the first year and $25 million within 5 years with new investments.”

The center, which aims to contribute $10 million to healthcare exports in its first year through patients coming from abroad, aims to increase this to $25 million within 5 years with new investments.
"WE BUILT A SCIENTIFIC, NOT A SENSATIONAL, PLACE"
Orion Surgery Center Chairman Op. Dr. Tamer Şakrak stated that as life expectancy increases and socioeconomic conditions improve worldwide, the desire to stay young, rejuvenate, or be more beautiful has become very strong, and the aesthetics sector has become unnecessarily commercialized. He even noted that sometimes human health is disregarded, and therefore, they came together as 10 plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeons who are specialized and have established careers in their fields. “We feel responsible to our profession, our country, and all of humanity. From a doctor's perspective, we have built a place that is human-centered, where trust and quality are indispensable, and which is scientific, not sensationalist. At Orion Surgery Center, we are creating a shared database for surgeons, establishing a system to track both the methods used before, during, and after surgery, as well as their medium-to-long-term effects. In this multi-surgeon structure, we aim to quickly acquire a massive database and share this experience on scientific platforms. Another goal is to enable our new specialist colleagues to practice, especially in training cases and under observation,” said Şakrak, adding that their fundamental mission is to bring unparalleled prestige to Turkey in the field of health tourism.
